How to unlock the Home At Last achievement in Planet of Lana - Definitive Guide

This is story related and will unlock through progression. At the end of Chapter 13 you will return to the edge of the cliff where you started the game and the achievement should unlock.

Sadly a few people have mentioned it being a bit glitchy recently, all I can recommend is refreshing it.

After the credits roll and you are back on the title screen, load back into your save. When you walk to your friend and sit beside her, the achievement pops.

I’ve had 4 achievements not process that have all been story related, this being one of em. One of my last achievements was “the journey begins” lol. Not sure why they are so glitchy

Story-related; cannot be missed.

This unlocks upon completing Chapter 13.

For a full game walkthrough, refer to the following video courtesy of Maka, refer to the following video. Note that most of this game is very easy and straightforward. I therefore don't recommend following a video throughout the entire game and you'll essentially double how long it'd take to complete. Consult the following video if you're stuck anywhere, since that's the most efficient way to progress.
