Once you have got the Oxygen filter from the 3D printer, go to the cave. Go through, stand on the two buttons to go through the door, go to the right, pick up the crystal.
The achievement will then unlock.
There will be a cave-in behind you (to the left) so proceed to the right.
The achievement will then unlock.

The first crystal available to you is located within Safe in the Laboratory of Laboratory BO1. Once you have access to Laboratory BO1 proceed to the Laboratory itself and enter the code 2409, then select the Crystal from within.
