The second repeater is at the Cargo Ship.
The code for both is 1278. Input the code on both, and this achievement will unlock.

You are required to enter a code into both Repeater's in order to raise a signal. The code is the same for both 1278
The Repeater locations are:
- Laboratory BO3
- Cargo ship
