These seem to come up fairly regular on the 1000 coin sticker packs at the moment, I had to buy around 6 or 7 to get the fire, ice and bamboo, the doom-shrooms tend to be much rarer I only had 6 in my stack, and those came up randomly when buying 10k stickers for the skip cards.

The Doom Shroom did already appear with the last update. I had like 20 of these already. And you don't need to plant them in one match.
