In Gardens and Graveyards play as the cactus. Once the zombies have built the teleporter, send out your Garlic Drone. Fly over to it and as soon as your Corn Strike is charged drop it directly on the teleporter to kill it in a single shot. You might want to use the buildings to break line of sight if the zombies have built upgraded turrets so you don't get shot out of the sky before your corn is charged.

Just so you know, for some reason it is possible in garden ops too. A random AI engineer create a teleporter in garden ops and I broke the teleporter and it unlocked?
