For this I would either do Garden Ops or Gardens and Graveyards game type. Vanquish tends to be much shorter.
Simply stay near the fighting (objective in Gardens and Graveyards) and heal your team mates every chance you get. Make sure to use the RB skill to throw down a sunflower pot to heal yourself as well.
