How to unlock the Hole In One achievement in Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare - Definitive Guide
This has to be done in Gardens and Graveyards, to get it you must be on the zombie team playing on the Cactus Canyon Map.
You must capture the 4 gardens and progress to the fifth and final area on the golf course, this section involved pushing a bomb on a golf kart to a hole, do this and the achievement is yours.
You do NOT need to be the one who pushes it into the hole, the entire team will get it. Just a note this took quite a while after the match ended to pop

The achievement is pretty self explanatory. On the Cactus Canyon map, the last objective for zombies in the Gardens and Graveyards game mode is for the zombies to push a giant golf ball bomb into a hole. Simply be on the winning zombie team when that happens.
You do not have to play the whole game as zombies, you just need to be on the zombies team when they win. Since every map is played twice (so both teams get chance to play plants and zombies) you can theoretically have 2 chances at this whenever Cactus Canyon is played. Obviously you have a better chance if you switch to zombies early so you can try and make sure they win, instead of fighting against them the whole time.
To change teams, go to the character selection screen and hit RB. However if the enemy team is full, or has more players than your team, you won't be allowed to switch. If thats the case, then just wait it out and a spot might open up eventually.

We play as zombies and it doesn’t matter whether you pushed the ball or not, the main thing is to be in the zombie team and that your team gets the ball to the hole

Standing near a golf bomb is stupid, I will die 1 for 1, but pushing it with jerks is very effective. To do this, take a zombie rugby player and accelerate towards a bomb, this will give a greater effect than just 1-2 seconds trailing nearby
