Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare

For this achievement, your team will have to successfully defend your first Garden from the Zombies. A good team mix is a few each of Cacti and Chompers, two Sunflowers and the rest Peashooters. You will want you have the Cacti and Chompers set up there traps around and inside the objective to protect it.

I found it best to try and establish control further towards the Zombie spawn point with Peashooters to put a bit of pressure on them. Any zombies that get past the front line, will be handled by the Cacti and Chompers.

I got this with a team that only had a few people talking and we were still able to organize semi decently. We got this first try on the Main Street map and have since done it multiple times on various maps. It seems that often the Zombies team does not fill up and you can get a bit of a player advantage from this. Feel free to add to the comments if you find an easier map or any other insight.

If you have a friend, or a second Xbox you can boost this. Unfortunately both loading into the same match, unless you're a similar level won't work, it will just put both people into an empty lobby. It makes it incredibly difficult to match up with each other. No matter what you do.

An easy way around this is to start a match with one person. Load in to the lobby, then invite your second account/boosting parter using Xbox's "invite to game" option in the Xbox menu.

If the game doesn't crash (it likes to crash a LOT) you'll both load into the same game and it will start. Make sure you're playing as the plant (the zombie method no longer works), make sure both characters are moving about, and then just let the timer run out on the first level. After defending the first patch you'll receive the achievement.

The only issue you might encounter is the odd random joining the game. Just hope they're on the plant side, or they could screw you over.
