I was able to get this today. I am level 15 in the game.
Items needed:
2 conveyor
1 order terminal
1 dining table
Play on city with black coffee.
I went in with order terminal and conveyor from the garage.
I got lucky and got the second conveyor on day 3.
Your layout should look like this.
You => [conveyor]=>[conveyor]=>[dining table]
You will set your coffee down on the first conveyor after the people sit at the table then use the order terminal.
You have to have 2 conveyor or the games considers you to have set the coffee on the table directly.

I got this without the terminal. If you pick a map with a bar area you can have the two conveyors run from the bar to the table and it counts. Much easier!

Can confirm, the terminal was not needed for me either. Just unlocked this using one grabber from the bar (window) area leading to the table, making sure to place a counter behind the grabber (on the kitchen side) so the interaction is not direct with the belt.

Hey all, finally got this today !
I Wanna share how I did it, because I was having a hard time with my luck on getting items from Shireidark06 guide.
Same principle, go with coffee (as there is no need to wash anything).
As soon as you get a conveyor, DON'T BUY it. You want to upgrade it into a "grabber", which is one level up from conveyor (100% of the time for me).
Then, IF you have the order terminal, good for you...if you ain't that lucky, watch out for the upgrades from the stars, you'll want one called "Instant Service", clients will just shout out their order, without any for of contact. Or third option, get an upgraded table to a "Bar table", which skips the order part from the clients (and only use bar table for a day).
Then, you'll want to do is something like this :

Table (2)..Grabber...Counter...YOU...Coffee machine
Simply wait for client to go sit on the table before actually putting something on the counter. As soon as they sit down, just send a coffee on the counter, grabber will take it and give it to client.
More tables aren't required, but help and works if you have too much clients to serve ;)
Let's RESUME on what you need (in order of best based on my opinion):
- A Grabber (upgraded Conveyor) OR 2 Conveyor
- "Instant Service" Card Upgrade OR Order Terminal OR Bar Tables
Bar Tables could be as good, but just requires more luck to get everything you need fast for the achievement.
