Pizza unlocks at level 3.
Start up a restaurant with pizza selected, then make one by kneading dough one stage, adding olive oil (bottle on a counter), adding tomato puree base (chop a tomato twice so it's a bowl), add cheese (chop a cheese piece once) and cook in the oven. Cut a slice, put it on a plate, and serve it to a customer.
Quickest way to reach level 3 is to get a restaurant to day 3 (when you can choose a card), abandon it, and rinse and repeat
