Pies (also called meat pies) unlock at level 7. To cook one, take some flour and knead it twice into a pie dish, add some uncooked meat then cook in the red oven. Put it on a plate and serve.

To reach level 7, first reach level 5 by getting restaurants to day 3, picking the card then abandoning. Once at level 5, select an "Autumn" setting and abandon immediately (it starts with a card worth 200xp). It'll take 11 Autumn restaurants to reach level 7 this way.
