How to unlock the Body achievement in Pneuma: Breath of Life - Definitive Guide

This takes place on Chapter Three. Proceed until you drain the water using the red buttons, and drop down and go behind the stairs to find a 4x3 grid puzzle. The explanation of the puzzle is a little confusing, so bear with me, but the rules are as follows:
- Cells in your line of sight are active
- Moving forward fills active cells
- Cells will only be filled if ALL active cells have room to grow

The same rules apply to shrinking cells as well, except you move backwards. The video above shows the most straight foward solution to this puzzle, using only 4 steps.

After completing the grid, the door behind you will open. Walk through the hallway onto the balcony. Now, you can make the small black planet follow your cursor around the screen, and you'll want to block the sun. Once you do that, a pillar will arise, and the achievement will unlock.

What happens when the top middle block never fills in? It never works for me? I've tried it 5 times at least.

A very quick note you might want to add in: The orb will move back to the starting position if it accidentally leaves your sight (So tilt the camera slowly)

Seems to have glitched for me. I moved the moon, sky turned black, pillar rose, and no achievement. :(

This 2nd of the 3 missable achievements is found in Chapter 3 and begins at
18:30 in the video below.

Down below the pool of water near the colored triangle puzzle, you'll have a wall with four rows of 3 squares in it. The squares will 'fill' when you move toward it and 'empty' when you move away if they are in your view, provided any adjacent squares that are in view aren't already more full or more empty. There are 3 states, empty, half full, and full. So if you're looking at an empty box trying to fill it, but an adjacent one that is in view is half full or full, you will not be able to fill the empty one while the other is in view. Position your camera so only the squares you want to affect are in view, and move forward/back to fill or empty them in order to get all 12 'full'. This opens the door behind you. Head outside and keep the black planet in view, rotating it up to block the sun. You'll unlock Body.

This is the "Body Puzzle" Achievement

Located on Chapter III you will have to reach the near end of the level when crossing the path across the water area and then go down behind the stairs instead of doing the color matching spin wheel. There's a board with squares you'll have to manipulate by throwing yourself into them to grow the entire board. Once all squares have been filled you can turn around to an opened door and then find a observatory. Once there manipulate the black circle into the sun causing a sort of eclipse. A pillar will rise and the achievement will unlock

For this achievement you need to be on the 3rd chapter and get to the very last part of the level where there is a big pool of water. When you complete that puzzle and get rid of the water at the bottom of the stairs you will find a board with lots of holes you need to fill. To fill the holes, you need to have all blank holes on your screen with no filled holes then step forwards which will fill all the holes on your screen at that time and repeat this. when you have all the holes filled on your board the door behind you will open. Watch out because if you only have full holes on your screen and move forward they will all become empty holes again.

Now the door behind you is open follow the corridor to the top of the stairs where you will find a black hole in the sky that will follow you to stay in the middle of your screen. You need to drag that black hole to cover the sun which is located in the top left of the sky, when that has done a stone it will turn to night and a tablet will rise also your achievement will pop.

There is a guide below if you need help.

This trophy is awarded for completing the second of the two optional puzzles present in the game. During Chapter 3 there will be a puzzle that you complete to drain the water in the middle of a room, then go down a flight of stairs to another puzzle. Behind these stairs is a closed door with a panel on the wall opposite it. To complete this puzzle, you must fill in all the empty slots on this panel to open the door.

The empty slots are filled in when you move forward while only looking at empty slots. The easiest way to do this is to work around the outside of the panel, lining up the empty slots in a line then moving forward. Once you get to the last few middle slots, you can move right forward against the panel so only they are visible, then jump and press forward to activate them. After they are all filled the door will open.

Go through the door and up the stairs to reach an exterior area. You will see a black ball floating out in space that moves to follow your cursor when you move it. Lead the up and to your left so that it covers the sun. This will cause the sky to change to a night-time look, which will cause a stone object to pop out of the ground in front of you and pop the trophy.

This takes place on Chapter Three. Proceed until you drain the water using the red buttons, and drop down and go behind the stairs to find a 4x3 grid puzzle. The explanation of the puzzle is a little confusing, so bear with me, but the rules are as follows:

  • Cells in your line of sight are active.
  • Moving forward fills active cells.
  • Moving backwards shrinks active cells.
  • Cells will only be filled if ALL active cells have room to be filled.

The video above shows the most straight forward solution to this puzzle, using only four steps, but if you find that you made a mistake along the way, just try to shrink cells back to older state, and work with corners and rows. Take jumping to your advantage as well, since all of the bottom cells can be filled on their own if you jump into them.

After completing the grid, the door behind you will open. Walk through the hallway onto the balcony. Now, you can make the small black planet follow your cursor around the screen, and you'll want to block the sun. Once you do that, a pillar will arise, and the achievement will unlock.

In the third chapter you need to close all the cells with cubes (You will have to tinker with this a little).
After closing all the cells, the closed door will open.
Entering it and going up the stairs.
You will find yourself on the balcony, and before your eyes there will be a black moon.
Control your gaze with this moon and move it up towards the sun.
When the moon covers the sun, an eclipse will appear and you will receive your trophy.
Here is my full video guide .
