All you have to do is roll into a NPC character. I personally did it with the Master Explorer who is standing on the airship. Stand in front of him, run and push 
to start rolling and into him. Hitting him will grant you the achievement.

i did not even bump into an npc at start of game i just jumped off the airship and it unlocked.

Kill one of the enemies that looks like a walking helmet.
You do this by rolling into it, then jumping on top of it twice.

This trophy requires you to roll into an object or person. A quick and easy way to get this is by rolling around on the airship and rolling into the Master Explorer.
