There are a total of five costumes you must collect and one appears in each level. It appears that you cannot start collecting them until you've purchased every explorer tool. You will be given the Master Explorer costume and can start working on this achievement.
Cozy Canyon: The green costume is found by swimming under the water wheel on the left side of the level.
Mount Magma: After going up the plank leading to the ruins area that has the keys to collect, the mime costume is behind the tree immediately to the left.

I know why the costume was not here : you must earn 27 medallons et all the costumes appears. I answer to me for those who will have maybe the same question than me ;)

Once you collect around 30 medallions, the Master Explorer will talk to you and give you one of his old costumes as well as giving you access to the below deck on the airship. After this point, costumes will start appearing in all of the levels. Here are all of the costumes that can be found for the trophy:
- Green Costume – This is found in Cozy Canyon. From the start of the level, proceed until you see the wooden waterwheel. Go in the water and move under the wheel to find the costume.
- Mime Costume – This is found in Mount Magma. Go to the ruins area and you will see a tree on the left side of one of the ruins. Look behind this tree to find the costume.
- Zombie Costume – This is found in Sinking Sands. On the left side of the level, there are two red towers. One of these towers has a wooden ladder that lets you climb up to the tower. The costume can be found at the top of this tower.
- Silver Costume – This is found in the Crystal Cavern. You will need to choose “The Pit” when you select the level in order to access the pit area. Once you are at the very bottom of the pit, progress through the maze until you are close to the power button for the boss. In one of the dead ends near the power button, you should see a lone red crystal. The costume can be found right next to it.
- Blue Costume – This is found in Snowland by using the entrance that is next to the snowman. Walk around the ice past a rotating ice block in the air and go straight until you see an igloo. Head right to the entrance of the igloo to find the costume sitting right there.
