The first hidden hat I found was at Mount Magma. You can find a bucket hat pretty close to the start of the level.
Follow the path up to the mainland and you will see the Fossil Guy to the left and a ramp in front of you.
Go to the left of the ramp and go behind it.
You will see a skeleton on the ground and you will see a bucket hat, like the enemies wear. Just walk over it to unlock this achievement.

The first place you will find a hat will be Mount Magma. While in the area with the green geysers near the beginning of the level, go to the little area left of the large ramp with a fossil on the ground and a bucket. Touch the bucket to start wearing it and unlock this trophy.
