The Milky Way Globe is behind the Mysterious Gate. Once the gate is open, go into it. You will have to press four buttons in a certain order in this large area. The first one you need to press is the button by the green symbol located in the right corner closest to where you start. The next button is near the red symbol in the left corner closest to the starting location. The third button is by the yellow symbol in the left side of the area far away from the starting point. The last button is near a blue symbol on the right side of the map on the end furthest away from the starting position.

Once you hit all four buttons, several lights will appear and the Mr. Stein enemies will activate. You will need to reach the five mirrors spread through out the area and move them so the light reflects on the crystal that is the same colour as the light. After you move all five mirrors, a large spiral structure will rise out of the ground on the far end of the area. Climb up this structure and stand in the light beam to deactivate a barrier that will let your airship through.

The airship will reach a point where it can go no further, and you will find yourself at the start of a very long linear platforming section. Carefully move along the path while avoiding hazards. Be on the lookout for things like Mr. Stein enemies and anything fire-breathing since the fire can harm you from a distance that is longer than where the flame actually goes. There are seven checkpoints in this area; if you die or fall you will be spawn at the last checkpoint you reached. You will know you are finally near the end once you reach the one that is right before a long staircase. Run up it and touch the purple sphere to get a cut scene and sent back to the airship for a boss battle against a gigantic Mr. Stein. You will need to use the cannon on the ship to launch bombs at the crystals that are growing on the Mr. Stein. You will need to shoot all the crystals off the boss five times, and there will be more crystals on him in each stage. The boss will shoot energy balls at you in between rounds of crystals as well as in later stages; these can harm you, so make sure you launch bombs at these to protect yourself. Once you have gone through all five rounds of this, the boss will finally be defeated. Run up the stairs in front of you to collect the Milky Way Globe and this trophy.
