Poker Club

Writing this solution for a minor bug: I won the PCC Showdown Finale last night, and no achievement. I played some cash games and called it a night. This morning, I started a different PCC tournament (has to be a tournament - cash games, even in the PCC, don't count), and the Poker Showdown achievement popped as soon as the first round of hole cards were dealt. So it seems slightly bugged, but easy enough to make it pop soon after. Same thing happened with my Poker Ace achievement.

While I'm at it, I'll give a quick achievement solution. I'll take this down if someone else writes something better.

This game has a "story" section under the PCC page. There are a bunch of tiles, each representing a game with custom rules (regular tournaments, turbo, super turbo, bounty hunter, heads up, etc). The game is pretty good at introducing each of these special rules as you see them for the first time. And each game has it's own 3 stars for tasks that have to be done at that table in one sitting. So things like "win the tournament", "knock out 5 people", "go all in 3 times and win".

Some tiles remain locked until you accomplish tasks in previous tiles. Win tournaments, accumulate a certain number of stars, etc. PCC Showdown Finale is the right-most tile, and unlocks with roughly half the overall stars achieved. Win the tournament, and the achievement is yours.
