If you have a boosting partner and you can't be bothered to wait for this to happen naturally, you can do this really easily by creating a private cash game.

Invite your partner in, knock them out, and then, once they have left the table, invite them back in and repeat until you have knocked them out five times.

Once you have done this, leave the table and the achievement will pop.
