During the game, you'll notice certain hands on the right side of the screen (like three, four, or five of a kinds, full houses, and straights). Just make the hand shown on the right of the screen before the time runs out, and you'll get this achievement.

A challenge hand is one that appears on the right side of the screen periodically throughout the different modes (except for Practice mode). All you have to do is complete this hand before the time runs out and you will get this achievement immediately.
