Simply buy all 11 themes in the in-game store. This requires a total of 2,035,000 points to accomplish, so after a couple playthroughs you should have enough to earn this achievement.
Extremely simple, just a bit time-consuming for those who don't earn high amounts of points in the game.

They are for "purchase" in the store with points you accumulate by playing the game. No monetary cost to you personally. @comment.

Pack Rat - Unlock all 11 in-game themes.
This achievement is to unlock all 11 table themes. You will need a little over 2 million points to achieve this, and with the right game set-up it may take about an hour or two to complete.
Select Action Mode - Starting Speed Level to 100, I'm not sure if you can do this at the start, if not then put it to max starting speed. The first Challenge is always 3-of-a-kind and not very difficult. Basically make matches and use the RT to enter slow-motion to slow the clock and use bombs to stop it. When the challenge appears focus entirely on it. If set to lv 100 the challenge will net you 101 x 250 = 25,250 points.
Then let the game end and repeat, you will get ~ 27K in 2 mins of play, but you won't always be successful, so just keep at it and score that first challenge on highest game speed.

I use a different method. It requires more skill in making hands though.
I use speed 1 and just try to make a straight flush as soon as the game starts. You get 15,000 for this.
