I got it on Stage 4 of Chapter 2, that's the first map with a long line of huts all opening to the same row, so you can just send an ice block across the full width of the map and hit any trapper just coming out to play.

This solution is great, but this may be the only achievement I ever get in this brutally difficult game :(

This achievement is also a little bit tricky. Finding a good, long level is the key to unlocking this achievement. Some of the later stages in Chapter 10 work perfectly. Be sure that you have enough to knock your block into someone. Pushing a block into a Trapper right next to you is fine, as long as where he lands is 15 squares away. When the trapper dies, the achievement will unlock.
