easy method for this is to play against yourself by downloading the game on ios or android, or play against a friend.

just pot in every ball before the time runs out and have the other player do nothing.

Chances are you will be playing against a bot in this mode, anyways, so you should be able to get this pretty easily.

Make sure you're familiar with the controls from 8-ball mode or whatever so you can aim and shoot quickly and then it's just a matter of sinking balls faster than the bot, which is slow and will miss a loooot of shots.
