How to unlock the Hey Big Spender achievement in Pool Nation FX - Definitive Guide

Once you get the "Big Bucks" Achievement, you'll be able to unlock it without any effort. You can track how many PN Dollars you have in the main menu, in the top right corner.
In the main menu, go to "Versus". With
move on "Places". There, with 
you can choose different places to buy : Hawaii, Japan, Sweden, San Francisco, ... Buy all the places.
In each places, buy "Night", "Evening" and "Day".
Finally, in each places, buy all the tables (Tables 1, 2 and 3).
You could also buy new balls in the top right corner, and some skins. But you only need to buy the different places to unlock the achievement.

Do you know of the achievement glitching? I had roughly $102k and spent all of it and the achievement did not unlock.
