Start a friendly match online with a friend doesn't matter which game mode then change the frame to 9, when the match start forfeit the game then hit rematch, repeat till you get to 100. It took us around 20-25 min to reach 40. Shoutout to my friend PureSports who found this with me.

For this achievement you must reach level 36, you can earn XP by playing career, endurance, online matches, etc. It shouldn't take too long, as of yet there are no particular techniques for earning XP quickly.

One thing to note is that I earned this achievement at level 35, an unsurprising bug in this game.

EDIT: And as IceRain81 points out, you still earn XP if you lose a match, meaning that if you are near the end of a match and you know you are going to lose, you may as well see it through to the end, and then restart in the post-match menu.
