How to unlock the Pool King! achievement in Pool Nation FX - Definitive Guide
Start a friendly match online with a friend doesn't matter which game mode then change the frame to 9, when the match start forfeit the game then hit rematch, repeat till you get to 100. It took us around 1 hour both to reach 100. Shoutout to my friend PureSports who found this with me.
UPDATE: ThorsBaldEagle say change the frames to 25 and aim assists to off, you get 52xp per game.

Worked a charm. From level 10, it took me around 35mins to get to 100 using this method. At the most it should only take 45mins from scratch, which would fit in to the 2hrs stated (for BOTH players).

This can be quickly boosted in friendly matches with a friend by using forfeit.
Set up the friendly match in 9 Ball (other modes will work), set the number of frames to 25, then create a lobby. Once in the lobby, set your Aiming Level to "Off". You should gain 52xp each game. Have your friend forfeit the game as soon as it starts, then both players select "rematch". Rinse and repeat until the achievement unlocks. From level 1 this should take about a hour for both players.
Important: if you are pre-loading this achievement, note that it is bugged and will unlock a level before it should, e.g. it will pop at level 99, not level 100. The same goes for the level 36 and 66 achievements, and maybe the level 3 achievement (I didn't notice).
You will get these achievements along the way:
