How to unlock the Super Streak - Hardcore achievement in Pool Nation FX - Definitive Guide

I am really surprise no one mention this. (not sure if this was added in update or not)

I just got the achievement today, This does not have to be 30 straight balls.

Start up a game on Insane.
Now if you look in the bottom left under the streak it has this:

Streak live 1 of 2 to start.

On Insane the max Streak Lives you can have at a time is 2.
To earn a 2nd streak live you must sink 10 balls in a row.
You do not need to do anything to activate. they are automatically use when you miss.

So, it is possible to miss up to 3 well time shots on your way to this achievement.

Seems to be since the latest patch. Unfortunately it still doesn't unlock with 30 balls.

You should also add that you can play on insane and still use extended aim, it makes it easier but you still have to be quick due to the balls drop rate.

There doesn't seem to be a limit on lives. After hitting everything for the achievement it said 4/2 lives.

Got this without too much effort using Extended aim. Lost my streak a few times but just restarted the game. One thing I would add that might help is to try to make sure too many balls don't accumulate in one area of the table as it makes it harder to get clear shots to pot.

Acaraba’s guide is good but just wanted to add a few tips of my own since I got this on my second try today using extended aim, insane difficulty and auto drop stop

- As Acaraba says above me, lives will accumulate as you play and can come in handy near the 20-30 mark as that’s where I was using them when there were too many balls on screen and I messed up a shot or two.
- You can start aiming your shot before the cue comes up on the screen which can help for spinning around ~180 degrees if you ever need to.
- It’s also worth taking your shots a little weaker than usual as you don’t wanna waste time watching the ball roll around the table.
- If you can see a ball is about to drop near another one it could be worth taking that as priority because having two balls close together makes it real hard to take consistent shots.

But yeah just be quick, take good shots that you know are gonna go in and it’s worth spending a little extra time lining your shot perfect no point taking risky shots. I got a 30 ball streak with around 17 balls on the table so there’s a bit of wiggle room there too. Good luck :)
