How to unlock the Rookie Cookie achievement in Portal Knights - Definitive Guide

This requires the DLC so you can pick the Rogue character class. Start a new character and complete all the tasks/missions on the first island. Mine popped just before I went through the portal to the 2nd island. Very easy!
