How to unlock the Tests Like Chicken achievement in Portal: Still Alive - Definitive Guide

If anybody wants a video walkthrough of this achievement as opposed to a written explanation then this video is very helpful.
I take no credit for the video i just think it is easier to follow than the written guides. Full credit goes to sickder666 for making some helpful videos.

I got it in Still Alive 7. After going down the pneumatic tube and freeing the three cubes, I looked around and saw the failed chicken clip board in a corner.

Great video. For those who haven't played in a while, this is between Test Chamber 19 and the final boss.

Just after you escape from the oven in testroom 19 you can walk trough some offices. There are test results at the computer desks. One says failed. You just have to pick this one up and you should get the achievement

Two ways to get this one. Before the Emancipation grid with the rocket turret. Just enter the room and the clipboard is on the table. The other way is after you pass through the big fans. Cross the catwalk and go into the offices. The one closest to the open door has the results on the table. Pick up the clipboard with 'X' or whatever you put 'use' as. The room before the rocket turret also has an Easter Egg, the Big Bad Jellyfish. The other room in the offices has the Nice Little Jellyfish scratched on the wall. Just for fun.

The test chicken’s results can be found in test chamber nineteen. The achievement will unlock after you pick up the clipboard with the results on them.
