How to unlock the Pure Evil achievement in Potion Craft: Alchemist Simulator - Definitive Guide
To reach Minimum Rep (-100) you have to play as an "evil" alchemist.
There are 2 types of customers Good (Happy eyes and eyebrows) and Evil (Unhappy or Neutral eyes and eyebrows). The Good customers will have dialogue that sounds reasonable like "I need a potion because I hurt myself fishing". The Evil customers will be shady to flat out evil like "I need to poison a shopkeep he was rude".
After completing the tutorial, your game days will go like this:
Check Garden and gather herbs (RIGHT)
Check Shop(LEFT)
Turn away any good customers by selecting (End Dialogue)
Cater to Evil customers by making whatever they want.
Haggle every customer to keep your star rating low.
Go to sleep (UP) once all the customers are gone.
Repeat
Once you hit -100 rep around the end of day 14's customers, the achievement will pop.
***Don't bother with making stronger potions, they only effect selling price and use more ingredients
***Evil people on days 2-14 only want Healing, Poison, and Fire potions (Recipes Below)
***After a few days and negative reputation, you'll only get evil customers and vendors, ignore the vendors
***Save the recipes for Heal, Poison, and Fire Potion and just use the green book at the top right to auto complete the recipes
***You'll have plenty of ingredients for the 3 main potions you'll be working with no need to buy anything from the random vendors.
Healing Potion Waterbloom(Grind100)Add,Terraria(grind100)Add, Stir100, Bellows 100
Poison Firebell(Grind100)Add, Terraria(Grind100)Add, Stir100, Bellows100
Fire Potion 2x Firebell(Grind100)Add, 1x Firebell(grind50)Add, Stir100, Bellows 100

I've recently been pushing for popularity levels and found that as long as I haven't unlocked the next chapters, the customers never ask for higher tiered potions. I would recommend getting as few chapters unlocked as possible to start out to keep orders simple.
Something else that I did was turn away every customer so I could advance the days and harvest the garden, I grinded through days like this to farm a surplus of each basic ingredient. And then made a save to push for each of these reputation achievements. You can sit at 0 popularity and gain exp from farming to level up your profits.

For me, evil customers during days 2-14 wanted more than just healing, poison, and fire potions. They wanted strength, dexterity, and explosion as well.

I did this as my last achievement.
It only took 10 in games days (day 151 to 161) to go form +100 to -100 reputation
As you'll likely have all the effects saved by this point and the large bank of all the ingredients a day only takes a couple of minutes.
Form +100 to 0 you mostly just need to reject everyone
0 to - 20ish You can pick the evil customers based on faecal expressions and request text
-20 to -100 you can pretty much fill every request

All I did was start a new save and turn away any "good/normal" potions and then make all of the bad poison and fire potions for the evil people. Took my about 10 days.
