Do this by setting a mic in front of a fan. Login a dummy account to play guitar with. I used a guitar hero controller. Play the song "Bombtrack" by Rage Against The Machine. When the vocal & guitar mojo flasks fill, launch them by pressing the 'back' button on the controller for the mic then use the whammy bar on the guitar controller (if you're using drums instead of guitar hit the 'back' button). You'll miss a few notes on guitar or drums, but it won't matter, the achievement will pop.
