There's no easy way to get this with one player so it's best to grab someone to help you out. I used the song "Bombtrack" by Rage Against the Machine. I was playing on Legend drums, had the vacuum cleaner (works better than the fan for me) sing Legend vocals (it got 100% Perfect), and my mother was playing guitar on the easiest difficulty.
As a tip, be sure to set the mojo to activate automatically when it's full to get the most points. I got this achievement at the same time as Synergizers by having guitar activate mojo as soon as it had it, and then drums and vocals activated automatically.

Since the game don't fail, can I play vituoso drums, virtuoso vocal and beginner guitar? Like, I playing drums and a fan playing vocal and none on guitar. Can I still get 5 seal?
