If you're unfamiliar with the terminology, draw and fade refer to sidespin. The easiest way to get it within ten feet is to apply sidespin to close approach shots that don't need them. For example, hit a pitch shot with max back and side spin to get it to drop close to the hole and stop.
If you're having trouble, grind it out by playing rounds of City Park's par 3s at Amateur difficulty. Intentionally drive short so that you're still on the fairway, then shoot a pitch shot with max back and side spin to get as close as you can.
If you stop within five feet, you'll also get a point towards another achievement.
