The easiest way to do a spectacular hole out is a chip-in, getting it in the hole without ever putting. Chip-ins are easiest to do with Reiko's special ability, Tesla Field, which makes the ball magnetic and home into the hole. You'll want to try to stop the ball a bit short of the hole so that the magnet pulls it into the hole rather than past it. I've personally had good luck using Pitch shots to get it in close for it.

If you do it this way, you'll also unlock the chip-in achievement.
