How to unlock the Path of Least Resistance achievement in Powerstar Golf - Definitive Guide
To save yourself a play-through, I recommend combining this achievement with:
If going for this combination, you won't have the option to use golfer abilities, so who you use does not matter. Whoever you choose to use, I recommend setting up their equipment to maximize power and to the best of your ability, putting (I chose Frank as I liked his set bonus). Caddy abilities will also not be able to be used, but their perks still can be. It is highly recommended to equip the highest version you have of these 3 perks: Lucky drop, wind reduction, and shot bar speed.
With this setup, it is just a matter of birdying or better at least 12 holes. Fortunately, this course is in the easy/medium range in terms of difficulty. Since you have no abilities for golfer or caddy, it is best to play this as smartly as you can. Don't try and take risky shots (e.g., trying to get to the green in 1 shot on hole 5 by drawing the shot through the canyon). Amateur difficulty has mostly flat greens and relatively low wind speed. I found it very useful to put full backspin on any shot on to the green to prevent very long putts (Using Frank with his full set I had a low spin stat; if your setup has a high spin stat, full backspin may be more of a detriment if you don't aim past the hole). Having someone with max power makes birdying/eagle-ing every par 5 significantly easier as you can always make it to the green in 3 shots, and quite often in only 2. Using this method will also net you:
