You can do Free play or the 2nd Career event in City Park (Tournament Front 9 holes) and simply focus on landing your shots on the fairway and then onto the green.
You can have a score over par so if you are unsure of a shot simply choose a closer target and layup.
A great character to use for this is Kiara in case one of your shots goes wide this will give you a chance to correct it in flight. For a caddy use Kirby to make sure you know where your trickier shots are going to land.
Overall this is a straightforward achievement that just requires some patience.

Just to note that you can only land on the 3 types of turf listed. Semi-Rough screwed my run at this so many times. It will come with practice and good gear - especially if you plan on getting the level achievements.

Pretty simple, Play your career until your golfer has decent clubs and then play the chip and putt challenge. This way it is even easier to stay on the fairway and green to unlock this achievement and get the gold at the same time.
