This is really easy to do if you go to Free Play mode and select City Park and only play the Par 5 holes (the farthest option to the right). Then, simply make sure to select Elite, which will give you long tees and hard pins.

There will only be 4 holes to play, and Par 5's are generally quite easy to get par on. As long as you get one birdie and par the other 3 holes, the achievement will be a piece of cake.

This can obviously also be done by using Par 3's, which will also give you 4 holes to play. However, I would say that doing it on Par 5's will make the achievement quite painless.
