You can buy boosters by going to the store and clicking the gray "Booster" pack, costing 1000 credits. Boosters can be equipped by going to Golfer/Caddie setup > Inventory > Booster tab or alternatively, on the golfer selection screen before starting a round. Just equip 3 boosters and start a round and the achievement is yours.
