There are 38 levels in total for the career. Totalling 190 stars. The last level is the Lost Palace and by far the longest level in my opinion. There is a gem you need to clean on this level but only shows once everything else is fully cleaned and will appear at the tip of the palace.

The last level was such a pain..... Between rechecking all the spots (why have it flash yellow when there's yellow on the building?), little nooks and crannies you can't help but miss, and it being so big, I was regretting all my decisions.

In response to masterelliot994, I found that if you quit and reload, cleaning a different item seemed to reset the dirt finder. Not tested substantially though as I just make use of quick resume.

PowerWash Simulator has 38 Levels, This totals to 190 Stars.
The Levels go in somewhat of an order, debating on which level you choose to do. The order I went in is as followed:
Clean the Van:
During this Level you can also unlock the following achievement:
The Powerful Pressure Purist achievement in PowerWash Simulator worth 73 pointsCompletely clean the Van using only the red nozzle
After this level you should have enough money to also get the following achievement:
The Fully Equipped achievement in PowerWash Simulator worth 14 pointsOwn the Prime Vista 1500 and three of its attachments
Clean the Back Garden:
During this Level you can also unlock the following achievement:
The First Steps achievement in PowerWash Simulator worth 20 pointsIn the Back Garden, complete all 12 stepping stones first
After this Level you should have enough money to get the following achievement:
The Soap Connoisseur achievement in PowerWash Simulator worth 16 pointsOwn all cleaning liquids at the same time
The Fashionista achievement in PowerWash Simulator worth 22 pointsEquip a new outfit, gloves and washer modification at the same time

I recommend using the red nozzle and lying down to shoot it over the slide.

Clean the Shoe House:
During this Level you can also unlock the following achievement:
The Sole Task achievement in PowerWash Simulator worth 82 pointsComplete the sole of the Shoe House last
Clean the Vintage Car:
There is no extra achievement for this Level.
Clean the Fire Station:
During this Level you can also unlock the following achievement:
The Tall Order achievement in PowerWash Simulator worth 137 pointsCompletely clean the Fire Station job without standing on the scaffolding
This can be troublesome with the Fire Tower. i would recommend using the steps next to the ladder, take it to the top and then just edge it as far to the edge as you can, you will then be able to prone to reach the top of the tower.
Clean Grandpa Miller's Car:
There is no extra achievement for this Level.
Clean the Skatepark:
During this Level you can also unlock the following achievement:
The Watermelon Shot achievement in PowerWash Simulator worth 23 pointsIn the Skatepark, push the ball out of the bowl
This is very easy, lying down behind it and just using the RED nozzle to shoot it to the stars!
After this Level you should also earn the following achievement:
Clean the Fire Truck:
During this Level you can also unlock the following achievement:
The I Can See Clearly Now achievement in PowerWash Simulator worth 27 pointsComplete the Fire Truck windows, windscreen and wing mirrors first
Using the soap "Glass Cleaner" can make this so much easier and quicker.
Clean the Forest Cottage:
There is no extra achievement for this Level.
Clean the Dirt Bike:

Clean the Golf Cart:

Clean the Motorbike and Sidecar:

The Impeccable Balance achievement in PowerWash Simulator worth 23 pointsStand on the Penny Farthing for 10 seconds
During this level you can also aim to get the following achievement:
The Good Dings to Come achievement in PowerWash Simulator worth 363 pointsClean 95% of any job without completing any tasks
It is recommended that this level is the best for it, with so few cleaning parts and using the RED nozzle. It's easy to restart if you make a mistake. If you complete the job, you can still access it through "Free Play".
Clean the Recreation Vehicle:
There is no extra achievement for this Level.
Clean the Fire Helicopter:
During this Level you can also unlock the following achievement:
The Live by the Blade achievement in PowerWash Simulator worth 28 pointsComplete the Fire Helicopter blades first
Clean the Mayor's Mansion:
During this Level you can also unlock the following achievement:
Clean the Carousel:
During this Level you can also unlock the following achievement:
The Merrily Go Round achievement in PowerWash Simulator worth 136 pointsCompletely clean the Carousel without turning it off
This is a troublesome achievement. I found it easiest to do the horses and the middle of the carousel first. All you need to do it NOT PRESS THE RED BUTTON as you spawn in.
If you get motion sickness, be wary.
During this Level you can also earn the following achievement:
The Coconut Dodge achievement in PowerWash Simulator worth 29 pointsAt the Fairground, knock over all of the coconuts
The coconuts are located behind the Carousel, Once you spawn in, turn right and walk past the gnomes and the sign, then you will see the coconuts in the red and white tent.
Clean the Tree House:
During this Level you can also unlock the following achievement:
The Lantern Hunter achievement in PowerWash Simulator worth 28 pointsIn the Treehouse, complete all of the lanterns first
A good way to do this is to go on to the tablet. Go to the details of the Tree House. Then click on "Lanterns" There are 12 of them and this will highlight them around the treehouse.
Clean the Drill:
During this Level you can also unlock the following achievement:
The Head First achievement in PowerWash Simulator worth 27 pointsComplete the Drill head and tip first
Clean the Temple:
During this Level you can also unlock the following achievement:
The Gnome Sweet Gnome achievement in PowerWash Simulator worth 88 pointsIn the Temple, ensure the gnome is on the tower roof once the job is complete
I would recommend going up to the top of the Temple, Clean the roof and then replace the gnome at the top, never needing to touch it again. However you can also clean everything but one thing at the bottom of the temple. Then go and place the Gnome at the top of the temple again.
Clean the Washroom:
During this Level you can also unlock the following achievement:
The Delaying the Inevitable achievement in PowerWash Simulator worth 95 pointsIn the Washroom, complete the toilets, toilet seats and toilet lids last
I would recommend leaving the following items till last:
4 Toilets
4 Toilet Lids
4 Toilet Seat
Then use a soap "Wood Cleaner" to spay the "Toilet Lids and Seats" This will leave the toilets to be the last item to be cleaned.
Clean the Helter Skelter:
During this Level you can also unlock the following achievement:
The Shine Bright achievement in PowerWash Simulator worth 31 pointsOn the Helter Skelter, complete the objects that have lightbulbs before anything else
There are 18 Items in total:
1x Sign - you only need the banner for this not the side poles
16 x Channel Lights - These are around the Helter Skelter
1 x Top Ring Frame - This is the area attached to the lights off the side of the top walkway.
Clean the Private Jet:
During this Level you can also unlock the following achievement:
The Suspicious Modifications achievement in PowerWash Simulator worth 30 pointsComplete the Private Jet laser and anti-gravity parts first
There are 2 Anti Gravity on the each wing. One above and One Below.
There is also the Laser at the bottom of the jet. This is connected to a Laser Mount so be careful not to clean the mount as well.
Clean the Frolic Boat:
There is no extra achievement for this Level.
Clean the Monster Truck:
During this Level you can also unlock the following achievement:
The Tyresome achievement in PowerWash Simulator worth 30 pointsComplete the Monster Truck tyres first
Simple and straight foreword, just make sure not to accidently clean anything else.
Clean the Ferris Wheel:
During this Level you can also unlock the following achievement:

The Gnome is on top of the slide on the Helter Skelter.

Clean the Ancient STATUE:
During this Level you can also unlock the following achievement:

There are 4 Buckets in total. Two located near the spawn and two located by the tents behind the statue.
Clean the Stunt Plane:
There is no extra achievement for this Level.

During this Level you can also unlock the following achievement:
The Delicate Excavation achievement in PowerWash Simulator worth 99 pointsCompletely clean the Ancient Monument using only the white nozzle
This required patience, just equip the WHITE nozzle and take your hand away from the switch controls! So many have reported accidentally switching from 70%-90% then having to redo the level.
Clean the Fishing Boat:

Very nice guide! One suggestion: On the fishing boat level I was looking for the Bow deck, which was not on my to-do-list. Roof deck was... it was not the same :D My list only shows "Bow" not Bow deck. So will be doing that one later on again.

This trophy is not unobtainable BUT it is very bugged and you will have to do the last level again. Anyone needing help with it just message me and I'll help you complete the Lost City Palace. I was able to get it on the PS5 version but not yet on the PS4.
