On the 3rd job of the Warhammer 40k dlc you will be required to clean the Stowed Shovel 1st.
Press pause, find the stowed shovel on the list and select it, this will make it flash on the tank.
It's located on the top right from your start position.
The shovel is relatively small and surrounded by other items so tame it carefully until its clean and the cheevo pops

The stowed shovel can be found on top of the tank, beside a bunch of other stowed items. Carefully clean it to make sure you don't accidentally complete any of the other small items near it. You can pause the game and select it from the to do list to highlight it in game.
