The only other tip I have is to highlight items with the tablet, and don't forget to open the hood to clean the engine bay! I almost missed it and it took me a minute to figure it out.

The Patty Wagon Job is the fourth unlocked in the DLC. You can check your to do list at anytime by pausing the game. You'll need to clean every item on the to do list fully to complete the job.
Make sure to complete the job specific I've Come for Your Pickle (10G) achievement on your first playthrough, so you don't have to play the level again.
