The “Pickles” are the wheels on the Patty Wagon.

Thankfully unlike the Bus, the axle is not a separate part from the wheel, so you do not have to be worried about hitting a close small part.

On the fourth job of the DLC, you need to focus on the pickle tires first. There are four of them and you need to clean them fully before completing any other part of the car. You can check your to do list at any time by pausing to confirm your progress.
