Since the boat is invisible, getting the last few bits of dirt can be hard. I suggest crouching and spraying up around the outside to catch the door handles and brake lights.

The Invisible Boatmobile Job is the fifth unlocked in the DLC. You can check your to do list at anytime by pausing the game. You'll need to clean every item on the to do list fully to complete the job.

The fifth job gets a little tricky, because you are cleaning Merman's Invisible Boatmobile. The good news is you are not required to clean any part of it first or last for any trophies, and the vehicle starts out dirty so it's easy enough to see at the beginning. The trickiest part is finding the last of the dirt once everything looks like the grassy lot the invisible boat is parked on.
