The Clocktower Job is the third unlocked in the DLC. You can check your to do list at anytime by pausing the game. You'll need to clean every item on the to do list fully to complete the job.
Make sure to complete the job specific May it Stand for All Time! (10G) on your first playthrough, so you don't have to play the level again.

The third job involves cleaning the front facade and bell tower interior of the Hill Valley Clock Tower, an important town landmark and story set piece in all three movies of the series. Make sure to travel in through the front open doorway and up the steps to the interior that houses the bell and clock mechanisms. Clean as much as you can reach of the top area while you are up in the tower, and use the scaffolding to get the last of the highest patches of dirt.
