5 stars in career mode can be unlocked the very first mission with the company van it just requires the job to be 100% cleaned with all objectives met. There is also an achievement for cleaning this van with only the red nozzle so you can unlock both at once.

I can't seem to figure out a way to redo a level so I can get the achievement of doing it with the 40° nozzle. New career?

I have done this, I think once I did the yard with pond, shed, swing etc it unlocked Free Play mode. Open the tablet (like all jobs) click Free Play then Vehicles if you want to do the van again for instance. I have bought the 2 DLC's already cause the game is free on Game Pass (Xb yes, PC dunno).

EDIT Ok just played a bit more it IS under Free Play in tablet if you've finished that job already (trying to get stepping stone achieve myself & it may not trigger until job is 100% - 2nd time for me). Also you can click Free Play, Locations for other job repeats.

You will get this upon finishing your first level to 100%.

This should be cleaning the blue minivan level, and won't take too long!

Each completed level hands out 5 stars. You should unlock this pretty soon as you play the game. Most likely the garden will give you this (or the Van).
