How to unlock the Suspicious Modifications achievement in PowerWash Simulator - Definitive Guide
The private jet shows up in campaign after you complete the Helter Skelter mission.
Go to Free Play, select the vehicles list, and then select the tab for air vehicles.
You must clean the round anti-gravity parts on each wing, 2 top AND 2 bottom. (4 Parts Total)
You only need to clean the laser, not the laser mount. (1 Part Total)
Make sure it’s ONLY the laser and gravity parts, as it won’t pop if you get the laser mount or anything else done beforehand.

Don't clean the laser mount. I did the Laser and mount. Afterwards the gravity parts. Achievement didn't pop.

Is there any way to replay this level? For me, it's not included in the free play - vehicles list.

Mission: Clean the Private Jet
Availability: Immediately after Clean the Helter Skelter
You just need to clean:
2 Anti-Gravity Boosters (one under each wing)
2 Anti-Gravity Panels (one over each wing)
1 Laser (under the fuselage, just the weapon not the mount)
For the Laser, just mouse over the item without cleaning to see the areas you need to hit if you aren't confident with your aim.
Dinged for me after doing the above list in that order.

.
Worked great. Thanks.
Thumbs up, because you actually listed the items as found in the list to highlight them.

Above and under the wing there is a round part that need to be cleaned. The laser is onthe front bottom of it. Watch out that you dont clean the thing all the way up. Thats a idfferent part. You can check the parts in Menu -> find the [arts and highlight them.
You can replay the level by going Free play -> Locations -> Tab Air -> Clean the Private Jet

From the tricky Shine Bright (10G) to this super simple achievement. Here you simply have to spray five parts first on the Private Jet level and complete them before you complete anything else:
- First, the fairly sizable laser (not the mounting or the wiring though)
- Secondly, the two anti-grav boosters on the bottom of each wing.
- And finally, the two anti-grav panels on the top of each wing.

It is necessary to wash the laser installation, the one under the plane in the middle, the anti-gravity amplifiers and anti-gravity panels.
