How to unlock the Tall Order achievement in PowerWash Simulator - Definitive Guide
Tip: you are allowed to use the step stool and ladder.
By this point in the game you should have the prime vista 3000 sprayer, use the long extension and orange nozzle for those "hard to reach places"

Thanks dude, I wasn't sure if you could use the ladder and was confused on how to get to the roof

Does moving the scaffolding out of the way void the achievement? Didn’t get the achievement and never stood on the scaffolding, but I did move it.

If you miss this achievement in career mode you can later replay all locations and co in Free play mode and get your missed achievements there.
You can still use the ladder and the step stool to reach the roof of the main building etc. No worries about! but never touch / moving or use the scaffolding! NEVER! Otherwise, restart the job to be on the safe side.

Here are a few tips to clean the drill tower without scaffolding:
- I used the prime vista 3000 with the long extension and mostly the yellow nozzle. With this you can already reach 2/3 of the surface without problems at the Drill Tower from the ground
- You can reach a lot of walls from above. You can move out / hang very far on any surfaces (it's crazy!)
- On one side of the tower there are windows, you can also use them and/or even climb out onto the small ledges.
- Remember, you don't need to clean everything correctly, the game is very generous in parts. You just have to finish all tasks, no matter how clean the area is.

the red nozzle helps massively to reach the top of the building from outside once you've smashed out the bigger part with the yellow nozzle.

This solution is great but I think it's worth noting the red nozzle helps massively to reach the top of the building from outside once you've smashed out the bigger part with the yellow nozzle. Just thought I'd add as might be helpful for someone.

A tip for people that may have been stuck like me looking for the last bit of I believe it was called office wall. If you go on the roof, then go up the ladder that's already up there, you can crouch and wash the cracks under the red overhang thing. Nothing to do with the achievement but I was running around this level for a half an hour trying to find this last bit.

If you use the Prime Vista long extension, the turbo nozzle, and place the stepstool on top of the soccer ball and move it around you can get the top of the drill tower pretty well. Jumping from the top agains the wall also allows you to get stuck on the ledges and that works well too.
Near the back of the firehouse you will see scaffolding and a tall fireman training building you will have to complete this level without using the scaffolding. You can still use the ladder and stool, the thing that makes this frustrating is how hard it is to get near the top of the training without using the scaffolding but it you can maneuver carefully you can get it. And if you forget that you can't use it or accidentally do you can just go back to freeplay and play it again. Trophies also work in coop.
At the end of the career, you will have enough money to purchase the Prime Vista PRO and its attachments. This is the most powerful water gun out of them all, so it'll make this job easy to complete without using the scaffolding.
Go slow when reaching the top of the tower and pull up the dirt highlighting button before moving on to another section.

This trophy is perhaps the first really tricky career trophy that you'll come across, although it's very easy to do if you use a few different strategies.
First things first, you can use any ladders and step ladders to finish this level, but you CANNOT use the scaffolding. Don't even get close to it or tempt fate. If you can help it, don't even pick it up either.
When it comes to the main Fire Station building, there's no need for the scaffolding at all; just use the ladders to clean the windows and the ledges, and to get on the roof.
The back tower is where it gets tricky. First things first, clean out the inside, and whatever you can from the inside. Then, you're going to want to use the ladders in conjunction with the long reach extensions to get as much of the outside done from the ground level.
The next step requires you taking advantage of the physics of the game. While on the top, if you get as close to the edge, facing straight ahead, if you look down and turn 180 degrees, it'll effectively have you hovering in thin air, able to power wash the sides from the top with relative ease. Do that on all four sides, and from the windows on the side if need be, and you'll get this trophy when you finish the level.

When you most likely enter the level for the first time in career your Power Washer gun wont be strong enough to reach the higher places. The trick to not use the scaffolding (multi layered ladders/stars object). I dont know if moving it can break but you dont have to. The worst part is the big building in the back. You can come back later for this if you have another gun or you can do very tricky manouvers and try to get the job done.

In general, it is better not to touch, enter or move scaffolding. Both the fire station and the educational building need to be cleaned. A ladder and stand can be used.

I accidentally picked up the forest in my hand, but the trophy fell out

You cannot only use the scaffolding that is located in the backyard near the tower. You can use a ladder or a stool.
For complete climbing without scaffolding, purchase: Prime Vista 3000, long attachment and turbo attachment (the latter is optional, but saves time)
