On the 4th job of the Warhammer 40k DLC endure you clean the Tilt shield and the 3 Tilt shield puritan seals 1st before anything else.

Pause the game and select the Tilt shield to highlight it in the game world.

The Tilt shield is on the front of the machine about half way up on front. The 3 seals are on the front of the shield.

Be sure to carefully clean the front, side and rear, the rear has a mount so be careful not to fully clean that.

This is completed during the fourth job of the DLC, the Imperial Knight Paladin. On this job, you need to clean the Tilt Shield and the 3 Seals on it before cleaning anything else. You can clean them in any order as long as you don't complete anything else in between. You can pause the game and select them from the to do list to highlight them in game.
