The Flux Capacitor and its Particle Colliders can be found at the front of the train. Look at the engine head-on and you’ll see a big circle (the Smokebox), above that is a small orangish square with what looks like three moving pistons with a fan blade behind them—those are the parts you’ll want to clean.
Hop up on the Smokebox for easy access and wash these components before you tackle anything else and the achievement is yours!

not sure if its ok to leave this question here but do you happen to know where the reactor flux box is. i looked all over the train and i can't find it

@saphireDawn 41, Mash start / menu, scroll with the right thumbstick through the list of items and when you find what you need mash A. This will make the object you need flash and therefore make it easier to locate. Hope this helps!

On the final job of the DLC, head to the front of the train to find a red box with a fan and some other parts inside of it. Clean everything inside of the box before completing any other part of the job. You can check your to do list at any time by pausing to confirm your progress.

When beginning the fifth and final job of the Back to the Future Special Pack, you will need to clean a small piece on the front of Doc's Time Train first before any other. Sitting on the front of the train car, you will see the recognizable Flux Capacitor shape inside a small box. You need to clean only the three branched symbol inside the box as well as the three tiny Particle Colliders that move in and out of the center. DO NOT clean the Flux Capacitor Housing that the capacitor sits inside of fully, as it is not included as part of this trophy and will likely negate the trophy if completed before the two pieces required. Clean the Flux Capacitor and the Particle Colliders first and you should receive this trophy.
