There are six attachments available for the Prime Vista PRO. For this achievement simply purchase each of them. They can be purchased by hitting SHOP in the menu and going to the equipment section.

Here is a list of them and the cost of each:

Prime Vista Pro Turbo Nozzle - $180
Prime Vista Pro Soap Nozzle - $900
Prime Vista Pro Short Extension - $300
Prime Vista Pro Long Extension - $600
Prime Vista Pro Extra Long Extension - $1200
Prime Vista Pro Triple Tip Nozzle* - $2400

*The sixth attachment doesn't become available until you reach 165 stars earned from jobs.

im 165 stars in and the triple tip is available but im currently lacking funds.

I’m missing the turbo nozzle somehow. It won’t show up in the store even tho I have completed the story. Anyone else have this bug?

Just a nice info to have, this adds up to a total of $10580 to spend on the Prime Vista PRO and its attachments, so u can "prepare" to spend this amount.

I have all the power washers and own EVERY attachment but the achievement hasn't popped for me, what do I do?

I was missing the turbo attachment as well. However I loaded up free play and changed power washers to the previous one and then went to the store. There the turbo attachment was there to purchase. I hope this helps anyone else who has come across this glitch

For those missing the turbo nozzle, if you go to the washer in the shop and click info, is it there?

I had the short barrel not show up in the attachments shop list but was listed under the washer’s info screen.

Bugged for me as well, cannot access the store after completing career mode and hadn't had the short barrel appear for purchase.

Last, but definitely not least, is the Prime Vista PRO, the ultimate Power Washer, and the best in the game. The Prime Vista Pro is classed as a Professional Duty Power Washer and costs a hefty $5,000. Unlike the other Power Washer models, the Prime Vista PRO has six attachments. Five are unlocked probably before you can afford this beast of a Power Washer, but the last one (the Prime Vista PRO Triple Tip Nozzle) is only unlocked when you get to the last level of the career, the monstrous Lost City Palace level. The six attachments you need to buy from the store (top right of the pause menu, as indicated by the orange icon) are:
