Buy the urbanX U2 and it’s four attachments:

Long extender,
Short extender,
Power nozzle,
Soap nozzle

Should be able to buy the urbanX following the bungalow job and the attachments during or after the playground job.

You'll need to have a total of $1725, 15 stars, and at least progressed your career to finishing "Clean the Bungalow" to be able to purchase the power washer and attachments for it.

The UrbanX U2 cost $900 and you need to have 15 stars in order to purchase. Stars are earned entirely by completing jobs in your own career and money can be earned in free play or career, or doing either of those cooperatively.

So in career, if you finish levels "The Van", "Clean The Backyard", and "Clean The Bungalow" completely by yourself, you'll have $1150 and 15 stars. (If you're not feeling completing any of these levels 100%, there's "Clean The Dirt Bike" which will bank you an easy 5 additional stars some change.)

After that, you can go to open your tablet, select the menu (hamburger icon) on the top left, pick "Power Washers" and select "Medium Duty" to pick Urban X U2.

The needed attachments will not be available to buy until you've completed "Clean The Bungalow". To buy them, go back to the store and select "Equipment". They are Urban X U2 Turbo Nozzle ($75), Urban X U2 Short Extension ($125), Urban X U2 Long Extension ($250), and Urban X U2 Soap Nozzle ($375). Don't panic if you don't see the attachments immediately, the scroll down menu likes to skip past them and is very touchy. Just use your delicate gamer skills and barely bump your to scroll down / up to them, or select the slide bar and manually pull it down / up. You'll need $825 for these attachments. So you may need to play with others cooperatively, replay a level a time or two, or continue down the career to earn some additional $$.

You should hear that satisfying "bloop" achievement 'you-got-it' sound or whatever immediately after the fourth attachment / power washer is purchased.
